NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH (Fredericton Hardcore from '84)
Neighbourhood Watch were from Fredericton, New Brunswick and existed between 1985 and 1988. They released a 7″ EP called Death At The Hands Of Time on Real World Records based in Durham, UK. There were a few other bands with the same name, though these guys used the Canadian spelling of neighbour with the “U” in there.

Formed in the most frigid of Halifax winters in December of 2009. Slumlord have since been converting Haligonians into rabiddrooling fans. The band consists of Tasha Gobeil on drums, Severine Kavanaugh on bass, and T.J. Kavanaugh on guitar. With a sound that can best be described as a cross between punk rock, classic rock, and a dash of blues and Thrash to taste,Slumlord are impossible to ignore.
